- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of the kitten.
- Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned kitten and verify its eligibility for a return, we will inspect the kitten and accessories to ensure they meet our return criteria. If everything is in order, we will process a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase, minus any applicable restocking fees or deductions.
Non-Returnable Items
