For customers unable to pick up their kitten in person, we offer air shipping to various locations across the country. Here’s how our air shipping process works:
- Carrier Selection: We partner with reputable airlines such as Delta Cargo and United Safe Shippers to transport your kitten safely to your nearest airport or home location.
- Flight Scheduling: Once your kitten is ready to travel, we will schedule a flight and provide you with all the necessary details, including the flight number, departure time, and arrival time.
- Airport Pickup: Upon arrival at your nearest airport, you will need to present your ID and a copy of your ticket to retrieve your kitten from the airline’s cargo facility.
Shipping Fees
Our shipping fees vary depending on the delivery method and location:
- Local Pickup: No additional fee.
- Air Shipping: The cost of air shipping ranges from $250 to $600, depending on the distance and carrier. Additional fees may apply for specialized services such as temperature-controlled transport.
Please note that shipping fees are not included in the price of the kitten and will be calculated separately during the checkout process.
Shipping Restrictions
- Temperature Considerations: We prioritize the safety and well-being of our kittens during transit. Therefore, we may suspend air shipping during extreme weather conditions (e.g., temperatures exceeding 85°F or falling below 25°F) to ensure the comfort and health of your kitten.
- International Shipping: At this time, we only offer shipping within the continental United States. We do not ship internationally.
